Please find below the Terms and Conditions set out by the Company, which are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

The Company will process an application to the client's requirements and requests and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the client.

Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of service fee paid. Management will decide accordingly. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost business etc.

Account Cancellation and Termination:

• RTGvisas reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same.
• You may cancel an order within a statutory period of 6hrs, beginning from the time of your transaction. A deduction of 5% will be charged as an administration and payment gateway costing in case of cancellation of an order within 6hours from the time payment is made and the deduction will be made from the total amount paid in.
• Where the applicant has received either the document list, supporting letter templates or consultation from our team it is considered that our consultation services have started and management will use their discretion as to the refund amount. This is applicable even if within the first 24 hours and therefore the 5% levy is void.
• For orders cancelled outside the initial 24-hour period again the management will use their discretion as to the refund amount and will take into consideration the amount of work performed and any disbursements that have been paid on the client’s behalf.
• Processing time for documents, services quoted by RTGvisas are approximate and based on processing times provided by various Government departments, Consulates or Embassies under normal circumstances.
• It would be misleading to offer guaranteed processing times. Although we endeavor to always try and meet our customer’s needs and requests, there may, from time to time, delays. Because of this, processing times quoted are offered in the context of expected rather than guaranteed times, on the understanding there may be occasional delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances.
• You may receive refunds in cases where we are unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.

Availability and Pricing:

• Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements stated by the authority.
• RTGvisas will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, for incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant, for failure to provide supporting documents as and when required, or for any similar errors in relation to any services offered.
• If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service or product requested by an applicant then management shall review that, if additional costs are required then the applicant will be liable to settle to disbursement, alternatively if there is a decrease then management may decide to refund any such difference.
• All prices are inclusive of appropriate VAT and taxes.
• In certain cases, documentation, services or Visa fees include 3rd party charges
• Requirements and fees related to the processing of Visas & Immigration services, offered by RTGvisas are subject to change without prior notice.
• RTGvisas reserves the right to decline processing of documents, services or Visa services for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
• You are deprived of any right to go to any court of law against us in connection with any services made by us legally. If by any means, the jurisdiction lies in United Arab Emirates only.
• If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of use, please do not access or use this site.

LIMITS ON USE

You may not use this site or the services offered on or through it for personal gain and you may not sell or provide to any third party, or otherwise profit from, any services or information (nor any modification, adaptation or analysis of them) available on or through this site.

SECURITY

We reserve the right from time to time to: (a) alter and/or introduce new and/or additional security measures without notice; (b) temporarily withdraw and/or limit the availability of this site to any individual(s); and (c) do anything else that we believe necessary to preserve the security and integrity of this site and the information held in this site's databases.

ACCURACY & SITE CONTENT

We use reasonable skill and care in compiling the information accessible on and through this site. However, certain information may have been compiled and/or provided to us by a third party who is not a member of our network. RTGvisas does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any information which is obtained from any such third party.
